At Make My Jewellery, we strive to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your jewellery orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
For remote or rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted for delivery within India only.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and link to track your shipment in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Our team will assist in resolving the issue and ensure you receive your jewellery safely.
