RESIZING

Can a ring be re-sized?

Whether a ring can be re-sized or not depends on multiple factors like design, new ring size etc. So first please get in touch with our customer care via call/chat/email to confirm the same. They will guide you further.

How much will it cost?

• Depending on what is the new ring size required there might be increase or decrease in the cost of the ring.
• If there is an increase you will have to pay the difference via transfer/cod.
• If there is a decrease in cost then we will transfer you the differential amount.
• Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
• This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

REPAIRS

• The first step is getting in touch with customer support & they will help you determine whether repairs are needed.
• Post that you will have to send the product back to us.
• On receiving the product we will provide you an estimate for the repairs, & post full payment the product will be repaired & sent back to you.
• The charges which would be determined by the company are case to case basis.
• Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
• This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
